While you are prompted to enter a credit card to reserve an appointment, the withdrawal from your account does not occur unless I approve the appointment. The deposit is then applied toward your service total. Please note, a consultation is required for new guests seeking color changes or lightening services. Video calls, texts, and/or phone calls are acceptable methods but I may suggest a free in-person consultation if I feel it is necessary. LOCATIONS I am an independent stylist operating out of two locations: GLENDALE: The Industry, a salon located in Century 21 Plaza. There is ample free parking in the lot; the spots are marked “2 hour limit” but it is outdated/not enforced. ADA friendly, single level with larger bathrooms. CENTENNIAL: Solera Salon and Spa, heading west off of I25 and Arapahoe. Ample free parking in the lot. This space is Hijab friendly! Available for Thursday and Sunday appointments. Best for those who (like me) get overstimulated. ADA friendly; it is a suite on the second level with an elevator. Each bathroom has one large enclosed stall. LET’S KEEP THE PEACE Unacceptable salon behavior includes but is not limited to; inappropriate or sexual comments made to staff or other guests, yelling or cursing at staff or other guests, racism, transphobia, homophobia or the like. Cancellation Policy
There is a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, with some exceptions. I understand that life happens, so please contact me as soon as possible if you cannot make it to your appointment. No-shows are subject to the cancellation fee.
