The deposit is then applied toward your service total. Please note, a consultation is required for new guests seeking color changes or lightening services. Video calls, texts, and/or phone calls are acceptable methods but I may suggest a free in-person consultation if I feel it is necessary. LOCATION I am an independent stylist located within The Industry, part of Century 21 Plaza. There is ample free parking in the lot; the spots are marked “2 hour limit” but it is outdated/not enforced. Cancellation Policy
There is a 35% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, with some exceptions. I understand that life happens, so please contact me as soon as possible if you cannot make it to your appointment. No-shows are subject to the cancellation fee.
